TRAINING AWARDS

A number of our training staff have been recognised for their efforts and achievements throughout their training journeys with Gilgandra Preschool.

In 2022, Hannah was named a finalist for the Western NSW Region Trainee of the Year for her completion of her Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.

In 2023, Eleisha was named a finalist for the Western NSW Region Trainee of the Year for her completion of her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

In 2024, Hannah was named the Winner of the Western NSW Region Trainee of the Year for her completion of her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

In 2025, Jess and Ash were both finalists in the Western NSW Region Training Awards. Jess for Trainee of the Year and Ash for Vocational Student of the Year.  Additionally in 2025, the Preschool was named as a State finalist for Small Employer of the Year.
