Gilgandra Preschool works alongside a Speech Pathologist in the development and provision of a speech and language program.

The Speech program is designed to help close minor gaps which children may have prior to schooling through working one on one with our Speech facilitator.  Progress is monitored by the Speech Pathologist.  Children are prioritised for this component of the program and once goals are achieved other children will access the program. 

Every child gains access to the language component of the program through fortnightly small group sessions which are implemented by educators.  Educators are guided and upskilled through support from our facilitator and the Pathologist.
