Gilgandra Preschool has a diverse team of staff who each provide different strengths and skills to the quality of the service we provide to the community.  Staff are seen as leaders in relation to their individual strengths developing skills of their colleagues which contributes to a holistic environment.  Instilling a workplace of collaborative and reflective discussion, we believe are key elements in fostering strong team spirit to evoke enthusiasm and dedication to the children, while we consistently strive for improvement. 

We operate with a higher ratio of staff to ensure that high quality and support can be provided to all children at the service.
