Gilgandra Preschool aims to ensure that all children have access to the preschool environment. Every effort is made to keep fees at a minimum.  Fees are subject to change and notification will be provided where this occurs.

Fee Pricing

For the year of 2023, the Australian government have in place the Start Strong Fee Relief program in place where one eligible service is able to be nominated on enrolment to receive this relief for an 600 hour enrolment place.  A declaration form must be completed for all children enrolling at our service to indicate if this relief payment is to be applied to the enrolment.

Where our service is not nominated for free relief, fees will be charged to families in line with our fee structure.  Please contact the Preschool for more information in relation to fees.

Additional fees that are charged to families are:

• An annual Incorporation fee of $6.00 is required for those who apply and have accepted membership applications.
• If families wish their child to catch the bus service, this is an additional termly charge and must be paid prior to them accessing the service. 

Payments

Fees are calculated and invoices distributed on a term basis; no fees are charged for school holidays, public holidays or when Preschool is not open for children.

• Payments can be made on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis or in 1 lump sum and must be finalised by week 7 of the term.
• If families require to arrange payment plans, this must be done so with the Director and agreed upon with regular payments made.

  • centrepay with forms available at the service

If fees are not paid, then termination of the position can occur.
